Speaker Instructions
Oral Presentation
Invited Lectures:
25 minutes including 5 minutes discussion time.
Oral Presentations:
20-25 minutes including 5 minutes discussion time.
Oral presentation will be held in person with exceptions of speakers from overseas.
Some speakers from overseas will give speeches by Zoom.
Slides Upload
The session room computer will be equipped with USB ports. Please bring your presentation PPT on a USB memory and submit it in the session room at least by the break before your session. There will be a PC staff to support presentations in the room.
Format
The preferred formats are PowerPoint. Computers with Windows 11 and Microsoft Office 2010 will be available for the oral presentations.
The aspect ratio of your presentation should be 16:9.
The presentation file should be named using the session and the presenter’s family name. (e.g., file name: O1-1 Asano)
When building your presentation, use standard fonts (e.g., Times Roman, Helvetica, Arial, New Times Roman), standard fonts are included on the session room PCs but if an unusual font is used it may not translate.
If using a Macintosh laptop computer, please note that you need to supply your own and bring an adaptor to connect your PC to the Mini D-sub 15 pin PC cable connector.
Please note that no preview or speaker room will be available.
Poster Presentation
All Poster Presentations will be done IN-PERSON.
Core Times:
[Odd Number] 12:30-13:30, Friday, September 30
[Even Number] 11:10-12:10, Saturday, October 1
Mount: 9:00-12:00, Friday, September 30
Remove: 13:00-16:00, Saturday, October 1
Each poster board is 180 cm high and 90 cm wide.
Push pins or other equipment to hang your poster will be provided on-site.
A sign of the Presentation Number will be set on each poster board by the secretariat.
Presenters are requested to stay at their posters during the poster session.
Each poster should be headed by the title of the paper, the names of the authors, and their affiliations.
